Guadalupe Gonzáles was born in the city of Buenos Aires in August 1983. She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Austral in December 2007.

She started her professional career as paralegal in the Labor Department of Severgnini, Robiola, Grinberg & Larrechea in July 2006. In February 2008 was appointed associate of such law firm, where she worked until 2009.

She has specialized in labor matters and is member of the Bar Association of the Federal District since 2008.
